So, turn 21 in three weeks. Recently single. Want to ball hard on my 21st, and look my best doing it

On a cut. Have been on a cut for about a week now

I just want to make sure im doing everything right, critique would be awesome, because i just made it based off what i read.

Started the cut @ 222.1 one week ago

Stats-

6'3
217.3

Meal Guide

Breakfast - About 10am

One Banana
Black Coffee
Cup of strawberrys
Protein Shake
2 Fish Oil Pills
Multi
1/2 cup oats (sometimes ill mix it into the shake)

Total cal - About 600

Protein Shake mid afternoon, about 45 minutes before i go to the gym - 210

Shake afterwards - 210

Dinner - Try to eat dinner around 6pm, but it depends on work, Sometimes it not until like 8

Grilled chicken breast
2c Steamed Green beans/broccoli/calliflower.
2 Fish Oil

Total Cal - 250

One more shake about 2-3 hours before bed - 210

Total Cal for the day - 1500

I've been doing this for a week. I was a little hungry after my last shake the other night, so i had 1/2 a c of strawberry's.

1500 Seems a little low. My daily intake is about 2500. So im cutting 1000, which is a lb in about 3 days.

Cut on 1500 cals.

7 cals per lb of body weight...

Never cut/bulked before

Just always was on a split, and watched what i eat

But if i could get down to say 205, even 200 in a few weeks, that would be awesome

Shooting for 205.

Still don't know what to add/take out

Maybe add a lunch? It's usually hard for me to eat lunch depending on work.

healthy male your age should use bodyweight x 12 as initial calorie marker for cutting unless you have metabolic issues.

your desire to crash diet will only leave you looking flat and depleted on top of weakening your immune system and libido.

I could write you a program & meal plan, but I don't do that for free, this advice however is on the house.
