Each are complete:

Bok Choi
Peanut Butter and Wheat bread
Peanuts and Sunflower Seeds
Hummus(Chickpeas and sesame paste) and Pita bread
Amaranth Flour
Brown Rice and Beans
Bean soup w/ whole wheat crackers
Lentils and bread
Oatmeal and almond flour, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flax.
Chia seeds
Hemp powder/seeds - + omega fatty acid source
Soy beans
tofu
tempeh
Corn and beans
Buckwheat and millet
Avocado, sprouts (broccoli or alfalfa) & almond butter on whole wheat bread
Oat bran and soy milk
Oat meal and soy milk
Brown rice with cashews, almonds or pecans
Brewers yeast (shakes)
Nutritional Yeast (shakes)
Various FUNGI, but you need to research them on there own. Fungi can be very tricky to pair with...
Beans and sunflower and sesame seeds
Kale
soy flour

If two or 3 of them are in a group, that's because you need to pair them due to the amino acid profile not being complete on there own.

Just cause you are fat, doesn't mean you are fit nor powerful. And in terms of strength, it's relative to your size. @ 161-5(bulky) 151-5(clean), I can dead-lift 405 so i'm uber scrawn and weak.
