whatever you want man, bulk up or cut down and see what you think. At the end of the day, your goals are the only thing that matters.

You only care about looks? Do you like how you look now? If not, adjust your goals accordingly. The same goes with strength goals.

In my opinion (and no offense) you look pretty soft for those lift totals, and looks like you weigh more than 179. I'm like 174 @ 5'9 now and looking pretty cut, and my lift totals aren't as high as yours.

haha anytime i weigh myself its always floating between 178-179 , odd day 180 and sometimes 175...and I'm not e stating lol those lifts are weak imo posted videos of some :D but i don't know..im fat but I' think if i cut ill become scrawny..but if i bulk I'm just gona be fat foreverrrrrr ahhh

lift + HIIT. easier said than done. amazing rewards comes with an amazing amount of hard work

like i lift heavy...doing sl 5x5 routine, should i incorporate HIIT on my off days? will that hurt my gains and or recovery time tho -_-

Well if you cut you don't just stop lifting or you'll just end up being a stick. Just lift on a deficit imo. It's what I've been doing since it's easy to do that imo.
