We're all generally deficient in Magnesium. The best way to fill your magnesium quota is to get it transdermally and through ingestion.

So instead of buying pricey magnesium supps with horrible forms...get Epsom salt.

Dissolve 2 cups into a bath and lay in it for 20 minutes, then add a teaspoon to a glass of warm water a few times a day.

Cheap as fuark and ironically magnesium sulfate is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium.

Most people overlook this.

Yes, I was thinking of this as well... Can't you just eat it dissolved in water or something? because you said you could, and then Darkblue said that you sould never eat it...

And yes it can be ingested, it's extremely safe. It's actually used in high doses as a laxative.
