I went to the gym earlier and I did a decent workout and I worked out for 1 hour 30 minutes. I was working on treadmill, lifting dumballs, and other workout for my arms. For some reason the treadmill does not do my upper body workout quite effectly.Can anybody give advice on what I can do to improve my workout in the following ways:

and you're taking a medication used to treat hypo-thyroidism to help you digest food?
