i alrdy cut 4-5 lbs im at 140 right now need to be 134.0 by wed morning!
i am tired as shit rite now and this was wat my diet was
morning:
big bowel of cerial milk
protein shake w/ cinnommon

snack:
beef jerky small pack
apple

lunch:
orange

snack:
protein bar- 220 cals

dinner:
protein shake


should i be drinking protein shakes during the cut?
i dont drink that much water the passed 2 days, so the protein shake is bad? i mix my protein with milk

Cut carbs and sodium completely for2 and do cardio or saw n ya.

cut the milk

turn cereal into 1/2 cup of oats (personal preference)

eat fruit

dont drink water before your fight

get used to shakes being almost your entire intake of protein

apple

lunch:
orange ---> remplace with 150g real meat aka steak/chicken/fish

snack:
protein bar- 220 cals ---> protein shake those are full of fat/carbs

protein shake ---> remplace with 150g real meat aka steak/chicken/fish
