So now I have been working out for 1.5 years.
First entire year was uneducated lifts doing full body routines/running preworkout (lol) that got me nowhere. Past 5 months I have learned more about health and fitness that I have my entire life.
Unfortunately I do not have any pictures from before I started working out... I had no muscles, 20%ish body fat, 6' 200 pounds, 19 Years
So I will start with pictures from about 2 months ago. All without a pump

I will be posting updated pictures every 2 months, gains, and occasional tasty meals I make.
I have gone this time only consuming protein, multi vitamin, and fish oil. Now, with the start of this log, I am incorporating BCAA's, Glutamine, and most importantly kre-alkaline creatine.
I am going on a 6 month clean bulk, where I will ideally reach 220 pounds, max out 3 plates bench, 5 plates squat, and 5 plates deadlift MINIMUM. I am consuming 4.5k calories on my heavy liftings days, and 3.5k calories on my rest days. 50/30/20 macro with mainly cooked meals.
