Less carbs as in cutting 1 banana from my diet less? or are we talking more than that?

I should note i do use about 1 tbsp of evoo to cook meal 3 and meal 4 in (each, so 2 tbsp total)

get rid of 1 banana (id say post workout)

have 1 pre workout like you've got and add some more protein to your diet.

try to eat at minimal 180 grams a day.

dude if u work outside all day ..i'd probably add some more food to that or keep it the same..and get some more food in there instead of 3 scoops of whey if you can

even if your cutting..don't get rid of any carbs imo

i'd probably go with honestly's suggestion and add some kind of protein to breakfast..or maybe add a tbs of PB to ur oatmeal

and my reason for not getting rid of carbs..is because it spares your protein..if you don't have enough energy..protein gets converted to energy

Cottage cheese is probably > greek yogurt but cottage cheese is nasty. So Greek yogurt imo :D
