3x jalapenos (chopped then fried) mixed with 5x eggs scrambled together in olive oil
about 200 grams of pasta with garlic tomatoe sauce

tasty!

im assuming the pasta is there for the soul reason of boosting some complex carbs
that sounds like a gross combo
why not just stick to whole wheat toast/ oats

You gotta try new things my friend. Just cause it looks gross doesn't mean it taste bad.

Believe me, it was an amazing meal. Its also an amazing meal for people trying to bulk.

goddamn, i'm trying to down 4 cups of cooked rice (measured cooked), 1lb of ground beef and 3 cups of veggies.

wish shit was easy.

god fucking damn that's a good idea to put peppers in the eggs.

edit: do you guys drain the grease out of ground beef? I think it adds flavor! :evil:

That is a crazy amount to eat in 1 meal, even if you're bulking.

But yea, if you love jalapenos like me, mixing it with eggs and scrambling in olive oil tastes amazing.

I can't seem to gain more weight.

So, the obvious answer was more food. I gotta try out summa dat dere jalapeno on eggs. bbq sauce has gotten quite old.

You can mix beef/pork with mushrooms. Marinate them with marinating sauce (not expensive to buy from local grocery store) for about 30 min. Fry them together in olive oil for 15 - 20 min on medium fire. Tastes amazing.
If you're having a hard time 'downing' the foods, chances are it probably taste bad, which isn't really good motivation to keep going for an extended time. If I were you, I'd try to make my food taste better (and healthy at the same time of course).

i hate it when people scramble shit in with their eggs. Stop being lazy and make a proper omelet it will taste 10x better.
