I threw a good shoulder workout in between as well but nn to list it. fucking sore today though... refreshing to be sore like this though...

Back squats
225x8 1 set
275x8 1 set
275x6 2 sets
225x8 1 set

Front squat
135x8 1 set
185x6 3 sets
135x8 1 set

Last exercise I did was this but with 60lb dumbbells in each hand. I do it as a finisher and to gauge my explosiveness after being fatigued
60lb each hand 3 sets of 6 leaps
