Im on a cut atm, and im running ~4km before each workout atm. Is it better to do it after my workout or before? and Why?

I like to do it after because it stretches out the muscles you work out while wieght training, but I'm not sure if it really matters..

Run after lifting.
Running will deplete your glyogen stores, leaving you without the energy to life your hardest/to your full potential.
