I'm 5"9 and weigh 155. I have weighted 155 since I was 16, and I'm 23 now. I CAN NOT put on more weight. I've tried protein shakes, i eat A LOT, but I think its my metabolism.
I was wondering what adivce you would give me to bulk up to around 165. Thats my ideal weight.

Also, because of my job, and my after work activities, I am extremely active. I work as a plumber and am always lifting/climbing/working. When I get off work 4 days a week I go to the gym and work out/train mma/jujitsu. My muscle that I have now is very toned, I just can't seem to put on any weight. I can cut water weight down to around 145, and eat up to around 158, but never have i seen 160.

Any advice would be helpful.

Need more protein into your diet, spread throughout the day.

Sounds like your diet isn't sufficient enough for what you're doing.

Since you both directed comments at my diet, I'm going to admit that I don't eat healthy at all. I eat fast food/ drink sodas when I'm not working out ofc.

I eat a lot, but not healthy as I know I should.

Example of normal day:
Breakfast: 2x Sausage Kolaches w/ a glass of milk

Lunch:
2x Double Cheeseburgers, Fries, Coke

Supper (Normally more healthy because I eat at home after I work out and wifey cooks good :D )
Pork Chops
Mac N Cheese
Ranch Style Beans
Ice Tea

Thats a typical day...

you just need more calories
if you don't care about what you eat to get it a really easy way to do it is to drink little glasses of olive oil and orange juice mixed together - tons of calories and tastes normalish.
Also a lot of people in your situation eat normally and drink a gallon of milk a day

Bad thing about that is I'm lactose intolerant. I can drink milk just not a lot of it. I normally have a glass for breakfast if I don't eat eggs or cheese, but as far as drinking a gallon a day, thats out of the question.

ok now some people say i need protine, some say i need calories... can soemone break it down, and also tell me why?

its both. You should eat around 1-1.5 g protein per pound of bodyweight. After that you just need calories.
I dont mean to insult you by linking to this article but it could help you

Eat atleast twice that. And no fucking soda or bottled ice tea, if you want tea make it yourself.

I'm suprised you aren't losing weight on that diet.
