In a couple weeks I will be taking the ACT and I have noticed on all of the practice tests I have taken, I usually get distracted/lose concentration/ lose focus and will not get it back after.

Any suggestions on suppliments/pills or anything safe that will help me out.

Some things I have heard of but have not really researched is focus factor, constant focus, adderal and etc.

Let me know your opinion on things I should do or what I should take or anything.

If you give me a suggestion please try to be specific.

Ps: Please do not spam my topic. I am being completely serious and I do not appreciate the spam :P

Caffeine pills will usually help you focus.

Possibly consider taking a rhodiola supplement as well to cut down on stress.

Adderal or whatever its called is a prescription drug and, though it is INCREDIBLY effective, it is also illegal to take if its not prescribed to you.

All legal shit aside, you'll rape the ACT's with that shit.

If you don't want to go that route, pop some caffeine pills. A few of those, and you'll be straight up wired.

this hassan [the caffeine]. make sure you follow the recommended dose. any higher and you'll crash after. i think its like, 200mg a day or something? :S

could just bring some green tea with you. make sure of course that you get into good sleeping patterns if you arent already [around 9-10 hrs/night would be good], and eat lots of complex carbs. your brain is powered by glucose. you want to have lots of fuel for the brain, and things like oats and whole wheat bread will give you that
