So I get a lot of questions pm'd to me about supplements, training, etc, etc.

Figured I'd just have a thread where I answer them so that people can see it without my inbox flooding.

Training, Diet, Supplements, Philosophical Preguntas, Economic Misunderstandings...pretty much whatever's clever.

I will try to offer my advice to the best of my abilities and also use this to track what I eat daily and log my workouts.

Today was my core training.

Did my entire heavy core workout and then 35 minutes of tabata bike sprints.

Came back to the gym 5 hours later.

Did 35 minutes HIIT on the elliptical.

Did my entire core workout for a second time, but at 40-60% volume load.

Did 35 minutes of tabata bike springs.

Food log for the day:

Breakfast-
1 Banana
1 Large Beefsteak Tomato
3 Whole Eggs
3 Egg Whites
1 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

(Scrambled)

Post Workout 1-
1 Scoop ON Whey
1 Banana
1.5 Cups Blueberries

Meal 3-
3 Tbsp Power Butter
1 Large Granny Smith Apple

Post Workout 2-
.75 Lb Grilled Chicken
1 Large Peach

Going to have a plum, some almonds, and prolly a scoop of whey in a shake before the day is out.

just had another banana and 1 scoop of ON whey in water.

relaxing for an hour, popping some zma and embracing lullabies.

tomorrow is shoulders, traps, arms.

mass cardio and mowing the lawn.
