I have been trying to figure this out when you say this.  I know you preach the 2x a week while cutting method but how the hell do you manage to do that?  Do you do low volume?  Not as heavy?  I tried it for a while and made it three weeks and just felt awful.  Way to much on my legs and back.  Lol

this is the cutting routine:

Hi there .

I recently started keto, im 5'8 182~lbs, looking for about 170.
What you think about that
BF:5 full eggs + 30 g cheese
Dinner: 200-250G Chicken + 1 tbsp olive oil + Green veggies.
Snack: P^rotein shakes +  almonds
supper: 200-250g red meat + cheese + green veggies
Postworkout : 2x scoop isolate whey
prebed : casein + olive oil

Around 2200 cals. Lookin ggod?

looks very good...just seems like the fat is a little low on fat for SOME meals...try this instead:

BF:5 full eggs + 30 g cheese
Dinner: 200G Chicken + 2 tbsp olive oil + Green veggies.
Snack: Protein shake + almonds + 1 tbsp heavy cream
supper: 200g red meat + cheese + green veggies
Postworkout : 2x scoop isolate whey + 1tbsp heavy cream
prebed : casein + olive oil

I reduced the chicken and red meat slightly and increased the fat content. This should work fine...but keep an eye on total calories. 2,200 is where you want to be.

how should I end a ckd cut and go into a bulk?

Take 1-2 weeks of gradual maintenance and reintroduction of a normal diet. Once you take those full 2 weeks begin this:

whenever i go to sleep / wake up i have signs of being sick, stuffy nose, flemmy throat ,  a heightened irritation  to the smell of cigarette smoke (from my mom) but when i get up im fine do you know what might cause this?

Yes, I have the same condition. This is a sinus problem. There are many approaches to try and remedy this.

Allergy and Sinus relief guide

1. Purchase a good air purifier such as the Alen A350 and run it on max 24/7 in your room. http://www.amazon.com/Alen-A350-Purifier-Floor-Standing/dp/B000R50KJE
2. Change your Home A/C Filters regularly with 3M Ultra Allergen filters (Purple label and make sure you match the correct size) once a month. http://www.amazon.com/3M-Filtrete-6-Pack-Allergen-Reduction/dp/B00066FKIU
3. Irrigate your sinuses with Sinus Cleansing Squeeze Bottle + Solution 2x per day (morning and night) http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/neilmed-sinus-rinse-original-sinus-kit/ID=prod2598807-product
4. Change out the carpet in your bedroom with wood/laminate flooring and swiffer it at least once per week.
5. Get a set of new bedsheet covers such as the Allergy Armor Ultra and put it over your mattress, boxspring, and pillows. http://www.achooallergy.com/allergy-armor-ultra-bedding-packages.asp
6. Keep your room very clean and free of excess dust or pet dander.
7. Use Dust Mite killing detergent http://www.onlineallergyrelief.com/laundry/laundry.html
8. Try using Claritin one a day
9. See a doctor (preferably an ENT) who will give you an exam and may prescribe you nasal steroids.
10. Try some nasal strips (any store carries these)

I realy do have too stop posting here and bothering you :P...

what is youre thoughts on this ''chocolate / protein bar has 50grams of protein ''
http://www.bodyactive-online.co.uk/Shopping/pdphd-growth-factor-50.asp  .... best thing is it actuly tastes nice! and it says post workout but can i not have it as a snack

Also Cerial question..  sometimes i get bored of eggs etc everyday

if i hate weetabix is hat okay? with a sprinkle of sugar.

or is oatabix better?

or 1 of each!

Avoid that bar. It's mostly milk protein and soy protein...both of which are not the best source. I would recommend finding a WHEY protein bar instead.

Secondly...cereal is fine such as wheatabix or oatabix...I have no problem with you eating those...just increase your protein to compensate.

Jet fuel will definitely help you. ECA is even better but harder to find and more expensive.

But you have to stay on the ball with the diet and calorie expenditure.

Fats post workout?

Avoid fats directly PWO...sorry I didn't notice the PWO shake. Instead to compensate just throw a bit of additional ooil in your pre-bedtime casein.
