if you're serious about this question, you should never post in this subforum again.

as for protein cap, basic muscle maintenance requires about 0.7g per 1kg, kind of hard to imagine how you're not able to keep that up.

Well you'll most likely lose some muscle recovery and stop its growth if you don't have enough protein intake with your training.
