hello SKCRaynor
I would like to know what are the common weight training exercises that can cause or cause shoulder problems or pain. I did pec dec which I think resulted me in some shoulder pain inflammation, but I got it healed awhile ago and recently these days when I do chair dips it hurts my shoulder. I dont know if chair dips is the cause or if its just progressing the pain from another exercise. I need help thanks

typically dips, bench press, military press, pec deck, and db flies all can have some pretty extensive shoulder pain issues associated with them.

I would advise avoiding the chair dips all together...as the grip and arm placement is obviously aggravating your shoulders....try close-grip pushups instead to hit triceps and lower chest.

Do not like.

For the price and the content, CL Orange Triad and NOW! Adam can not be beat.

CL Orange triad has additional joint support...whereas NOW! Adam has additional herbal content...

either way, both are great.

EDIT

forgot to mention....Universal Animal Flex (the joint support product from Universal) is actually VERY good...use that in conjunction with NOW! Adam if you have typical joint issues.

Hello Raynor. Not that I want to start cutting right now, I will probably wait until I hit 200-210 lbs, but I have some questions. Actually, a lot =[

What kind of workout routine would I be doing? Can I do some running in the morning, on my off days? I heard that walking then sprinting is actually better for burning fat than steady jogging. As for my diet, what would I be eating to maintain as much muscle as possible?

Hey there.

The best diet for type 1 and 2 diabetics is always KETO.

This drastically reduces the body's need for insulin by converting the metabolism away from glycogen (sugar) and into fat (ketosis).

anyway, here is what you need to do:

first read up here:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&p=304616466
anabolic cutting diet (cyclical keto diet)

That diet plan is the CORE for which you will use - that particular one is for cutting, for you I want to do muscle growth. In order for that, you need to increase the total calories per day by around 500-800.

So figure you will need between 2,500-3,000 calories a day but with keto parameters.

With that in mind, here is a sample diet:

Meal 1 - 4 whole eggs + 1 oz full fat cheese + 4 strips bacon + 1/2 cup green veggies
Meal 2 - 1 large chicken breast (approx 8oz) + 2 oz melted cheese on top + sour cream to dip it in + side green salad w/ olive oil + vinegar
Meal 3 (or Post-workout meal) - 2 scoops of 100% whey protein isolate (no sugar variety - I recommend NOW! 100% whey isolate) w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter + 2 tbsp heavy cream
Meal 4 - 8 oz ground beef (90/10 lean) mixed with spices and stuffed into a large cooked green pepper with a couple tablespoons of tomato sauce on top and plenty of grated romano cheese
Meal 5 - 6 oz of sliced meats and cheese (any variety is acceptable - but make sure they are all full fat - no reduced fat varieties) w/ raw celery + cream cheese (4 stalks is good)
Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + 2 tbsp peanut butter + cinnamon + 1 tbsp heavy cream

You can obviously change things around as long as the basic structure is still there. Hope this helps!

edit:

OBVIOUSLY BE SURE TO TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS!
