thank you sir
alright now i got a different question on another topic..
Do you no if there is anything i can take or do to help "reduce" gyno? i believe the right term is gynecomastia or something lol
anyways i have it (from puberty) started when i was like 15, and still there now that im 18. I've looked into surgery but ofc thats out of my price range atm.
I also heard that fat loss helps but i figure that jst makes it "look" better and does not actually reduce the "bud" inside the pec/nipple?
hey there.
Here are some solutions for gyno:
1. Overall fat loss - I mean a total fat shredding anabolic cutting diet for a few months until you reach 3-5% BF overall. After this, you can go back on bulking and make sure to keep your test levels high and estrogen levels low (supplementation + diet + strength training will see to this).
2. If the fat loss method doesn't work, move onto direct supplementation method. Taking Anti-Estrogen supplements along with test producing supplements (a good PH like decabolen in this case) as well as a good trib product (NOW! Testojack 200 is pretty decent) should help. In addition you would be continuing the usual strength training program, making sure to lift heavy at least 5 days a week.
3. If both of those above methods still are not working, you should see a doctor and he will most likely prescribe you some testosterone therapy (injections, oral steroids, estrogen blockers, etc). Usually you can see results with that within a few months.
4. If that fails, go back to your doctor and then you will have the surgical option which is the LAST CASE scenario.
I hope this helps!
