YES!

Creatine is a GREAT idea for virtually anyone looking to gain size and strength.

Take Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate.

For the first week, take 20g / day (split into 4 doses of 5g each) - mixed with grape juice.

After the first week, switch over to 5g total per day (either 2.5 g pre and post workout, or 5g pre OR post workout) also mixed with grape juice.

Stay on creatine for 3-4 months straight, then take a week off, and redo the loading phase, and begin again.

I see, are there any major health side effects? And what brand would you recommend also please? Have you taken it? thanks a lot for the info man

Why you shouldn't train when using antibiotics? How many days after stopping antibiotics should you resume training?

No health side effects whatsoever if used properly.

Also PLEASE read what I wrote...I clearly gave you a brand and type:

"Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate"

Lastly, I have used creatine since I was 16 years old with great results and no negative effects.

No Good by itself.

Distilled water is H2O with NOTHING ELSE. That means NO MINERALS!!!

You get almost all of your daily minerals from the water you drink...which is why I advise drinking at least 1 gal of good quality water (I prefer zepherhills or Crystal Springs SPRING WATER).

If you still choose distilled water, you will need to ADD minerals to it. I recommend "Concentrace Mineral Drops." Follow the directions to properly add minerals to your distilled water.

Antibiotics consideraly weaken your body's immune function as well as recovery process and anabolic drive.

Working out will SLOW the healing process of the body when antibiotics are destroying invaders.

Once the antibiotic regimen is over, wait approximately 2 days (during which you should replenish your intestinal and digestive flora and bacteria with PLENTY of yogurt and/or acidophilus and bifidus supplements.)

Getting into ketosis takes approximately 3-7 days for most people. You are definitely going to see some issues for the first week. After your body gets into solid ketosis after that, it gets much better.

To avoid throwing up, try to eat approximately 2 hours before the gym and immediately afterward. Going in on an empty stomach will require taking BCAA caps pre, during, and post workout though.
