I got really weak after doing my 1st show cause the guy didn't know what he was doing. I was probably on like 1k-1.5k cals at one point while doing an hour of morning cardio...I lost A LOT. Could barely squat 225 when I got back into the gym.
But I like this 5/3/1 program so far.
