It was a good lift. 135 x 20?

However, I've read somewhere else that you'd better keep the reps to 6 and below for the front squat because it imposes a lot of stress upon the scapulae muscles, rhomboids and all those, and they get tired before, thus fucking your form in your upper back.

lawls yea its 135, wasnt sure if i could even do it so i started with that and was too fkd from it to try again with heavier

ill try again today with 154. thx for the tips re; rep range, it was just for a competition on the misc, no chance of winning as people have already posted 235+ x 20 already and its only been going a week.

if i make 154x20 today ill attempt 175x20, filming ofcourse! god dayum high rep front squats are hard

Might record my bench tomorrow since it's national chest day :p

I believe I got 295xAMAP but we shall see.

Nope I lied, just checked and it's only 285xAMAP

Week 3, 285x1 (AMAP)

I got really weak after doing my 1st show cause the guy didn't know what he was doing. I was probably on like 1k-1.5k cals at one point while doing an hour of morning cardio...I lost A LOT. Could barely squat 225 when I got back into the gym.

But I like this 5/3/1 program so far.

I uploaded the vid to my FB if you want to see it....idk how to get it from there, to here. Lol

Someone help a honkey out!?
