anything I can do about DOMS?

Megadose glutamine (5-10g every 2-3 hours), drink more water, and get more sleep.

is it harder to lose fat if u were overweight for a long time of your life lets say 15 years~ (ate unhealthy foods, didn't exercise and stuff..)
then
lose fat if you had an athletic body (ate healthy, was exercising) then somehow got overweight with bad habits?

Yes it is harder to lose fat if you were overfat for a long period of time mostly because you have conditioned your body to accept the conditions it was thrust into. However that isn't to say that a person would very easily be able to change their diet/exercise routine and see great progress either way. It's just a matter of 10-20% increased difficulty on behalf of the first person described.

Hey, I got a quick routine question.

I was doing:

M-Bi's/tri's
T-Chest/Shoulders
W-Back
T-Legs/abs
F-off
S-Cardio/abs
S-Off

Would it better to do:

M-Chest
T-Back/abs
W-Arms
T-Legs/abs
F-Shoulders

Cardio 3x a week for twenty min a sesh.

Is this for bulking, cutting, or maintenance?

Unfortunately icing and or hot/cold showers doesn't really help delayed onset muscle soreness.

The soreness is primarily the muscle fibers fusing back together after they have been torn (thus the act of muscle building).

Over time, the body becomes more resistant to the process and soreness is less frequent. However, with the exception of rapid healing aids (growth hormone from sleeping or glutamine) there isn't much else to quickly remove muscle soreness from muscle fiber tearing.

Hmm, I would say more maintenance then anyhting. However, I'am trying to put on another 10-15 pounds. But my goal is to put on 10-15 pounds and gain some more mass.

Ok I am an 18 year old male who just finished first year university and want to get back into shape and lose some weight.

All of my weight accumulates in my stomach and chest area and I was wondering what is the best way to get rid of my access fat?

I know I need to change my diet by eating healthier foods and doing more cardio but do you have any tips like what foods I should start eating and what kind of cardio I should do?

I currently play pick up volleyball for sports.

hey, i have always had a super fast metabolism causing me to be skinny my whole life no matter how much i eat...
im tired of being skinny and i really need some tips on how i can put on some weight...im starting off at home, i went to the grocery store last night and bought a bunch of food that has a lot of protein (meats, eggs, beans, etc.) and also bought some of that whey protein shake mix and some protein bars...
once i know what im doing im going to get a gym membership and have a strong commitment to buffing up and gaining some muscle...

i need some good advice on some good ways to put on weight with a fast metabolism and maybe some recomended excersize routines that i can do at my house and also good ones for when i get to the gym.
