Thanks!

I was going to...but didn't want to seem like a total toolbag in the gym locker room.

Eventually I'll have some real pics taken with a real camera...just haven't had the time or the will to really do it considering that I haven't had any reason to (Medical school pretty much running my life lol)

I'd like to have some real pics and videos up eventually though...and I'll certainly let everyone know when that happens.

eating about 3000+ cals a day
minimal simple carbs/high complex carbs
15min morning cardio 5x a week
1 1/2 hrs resistance training/ 12min hiit cardio after 4x a week

how would this work for getting bigger or more cut?

In all honesty...you will see good lean gains with that plan. However for a cut in the purest sense it is not. You would be fine doing this for a VERY clean bulk to avoid bodyfat gain while bulking...but at the same time strength increases will be slightly lower unless you megadose bcaa's during the cardio sessions.

In a hardcore session of cardio (like highschool wrestling, which is hugely intense) what should the BCAA layout be for the day?

is it harder to lose fat if u were overweight for a long time of your life lets say 15 years~ (ate unhealthy foods, didn't exercise and stuff..)
then
lose fat if you had an athletic body (ate healthy, was exercising) then somehow got overweight with bad habits?

Hey, I got a quick routine question.

I was doing:

M-Bi's/tri's
T-Chest/Shoulders
W-Back
T-Legs/abs
F-off
S-Cardio/abs
S-Off

Would it better to do:

M-Chest
T-Back/abs
W-Arms
T-Legs/abs
F-Shoulders

Cardio 3x a week for twenty min a sesh.

Train legs twice a week to improve your leg gains. Focus on ATG (ass to grass) squats, DB lunges, leg extensions, laying leg curls, and donkey calf raises.

As for Arm strength, dedicate one solid training day to arms. Stick to 20 sets with bis and 20 sets with tris. Work on primarily BB 21's, close-grip ez bar, close grip dips, close grip bench, skullcrushers, and seated hammer curls
