did some yoga today than abs than 30 minute walk nothing extreme but atleast got moving.

damn u guys killing me did an extra 50 pushups today. and 30 minute of stretching, prob more yoga tonight for back pain.

bad day today 45 pushups 30 minute walk 30 minute yoga lame.

slept 1 hour yesterday fml

calories intake under 2k doing well counting and hoping it continues weights around 176
