ah 3rd question for you my bad for asking so much.

since u seem to be helping so many people.

i plan on doing wrestlign this year.

but my coach suggested i drop 8 pounds.

currently for some reason im gaining weight.

(gym daily 2hours minimum, good 3-4miles of running/walking/sprinting daily, no junk food, juices, etc)

so im thinking of taking a fat burner.

which product would u recommend?

also would product have any impact (negatively or positively) on my growth?

Hey there...some great fat burners are the following::

BSN Atrophex (less heart racing, and displeasing sensations)
German American Jet-Fuel (Very hardcore...makes your heart race...works the best but some displeasing effects)
Lipo-6 (least hardcore of the 3, very safe...mildly effective, good overall)

anyway...no they will not have any effect on ur growth at all, they are stimulants and vasoconstrictors...which lead to faster metabo, increased body temp, and faster heart rate.

I'd start with the BSN atrophex and work from there =D

Best option is light stretching for 10-15 mins every day...2-3 times a day + ice it 2-3 times a day for 10-15 mins also. In addition, try some asprin to reduce any kind of inflammation that might still be residing in that area. Lastly, massage does in fact help!

hey alright I've got a few questions if thats alright, I work out everyday and have been working out for about 5 months now, I try to jog a couple of times a week.. and I keep pretty active with sports etc. I keep getting a lot stronger, and I look totally ripped now, but I can't gain weight. Its probobly a good thing, but I was wondering if theres a reason, or if theres something I'm not doing right. I take protein after working out, but I don't want to start taking anything else. Another question is how can I get bigger arms? lol I don't work them that often, because they usually get worked in with back and chest. But I've started working them a bit, and they're the one thing that doesn't seem to get stronger or bigger for me. a few tips or suggestions would be great, thanks man

same here, unfortunately I have had a lot of knee problems over the years (bad genetics is my only excuse).

my leg press shows the true strength of my legs....without putting too much direct pressure on the knees.

hey there...the best idea if you're looking to gain weight (in the form of lean mass - not fat) would be to incorporate some cytogainer shakes into your daily routine instead of protein shakes. These will add an extra 400-600 calories per shake from excellent sources which will help your body continue to grow without storing additional fat. You will need to keep up your current level of intensity - but bascially just take in more calories from the clean macronutrients you need!
