TIP OF THE DAY::

Taking a fat burner like BSN Atrophex, German American Jet Fuel, or Nutrex Lipo-6 upon waking up with a lot of water - and waiting about 30 minutes to eat your first meal will re-create doing moderate intensity fasting cardio! For optimal fat losses during a cutting cycle try this approach!

Clean bulk is eating about 500-1000 calories more than you burn daily in order to put on quality mass - the 500-1000 calories are from "CLEAN" food which means free of refined sugars, processed foods, unnecessary fats and carbs. So basically rich with macronutrients in the form of complex carbs, essential fatty acids, and lean protein. You will see minimal fat gain on a clean bulk

Dirty Bulk - eating 500++++ calories a day from anything you please while still getting plenty of protein. That means mcdonalds, frozen food, whatever you want...you eat it...animal, vegetable, mineral...doesnt matter. You will most likely gain a lot of fat on a dirty bulk unless you have supreme genetics/metabo.

organic= costs more! heh

Actually since oils can trap pesticide residues, organic peanut butter is the way to go.

However organic dairy products are a waste.

from my previous experiences, as well as the reports from other bodybuilders and trainers....I have not found lipoflame by AGX to be as effective.

This is a matter of perspective. If you have used jet-fuel or atrophex and still think lipoflame to be better...that is your own preference, and proabably a result of individual chemicals reacting in your body differently than in most others....which is perfectly acceptable. Always best to try supps and find which works best for you as an individual.

hey there - I always have had the exact same problem despite ridiculously strong abs and 6% bodyfat everywhere else. This is a genetic issue and from years of having lower stomach fat without cutting. Unfortunately I used to be quite pudgy from 8-13...and I didn't go on a cutting cycle until 18 (I bulked from 13-18). Anyway, long story short the only way to get rid of that stubborn lower stomach fat is the following:

Keep the rigid diet to keep burning fat (500-600 less calories in than burned a day)

Plenty of cardio 5-6x a week 30-45mins moderate intensity.

TONS of hanging leg raises and V-Crunches. Do these ab exercises every day for 5-6 days a week....and do them for a total of 100-300 reps a day. Some will argue this is overtraining but the truth is that this regimen works.

Keep track of your progress with a bodyfat caliper especially measuring the area you are referring to and make sure that you are making progress....if weeks go by and you don't see any change, either lower calories or increase exercise or both.

MAKE SURE TO KEEP GETTING 1-1.5g PROTEIN PER LB OF BODYWEIGHT!

odd question, but it had me thinking

u know how ur suppose to eat 6-8 meals a day every 2-3 hours of 275-400 calories right?

now, i am under the impression that if u follow that regimen than, your metabolism will increase dramatically, and you will start to burn a lot more fat, and barely protein if you are on a good diet.

suppose you were on a bad diet and still did the 6-8 meals of 350 calories every 2.5 hours...if you were to eat shitty food, could u possibly still loose weight, just because of the calorie amount...?

thanks in advance for ur time
