I expected more elaborate stories. Everyone I know has been massively screwed over.

My brother had his laptop stolen out of his house on two different occasions.
My friend had his laptop in his truck, which was parked in front of his house. Someone smashed his window and grabbed it.
Different friend had her social security number stolen somehow and had some loans taken out under her name that completely screwed up her credit.
I have a group of 5 friends who live in a big house. They got robbed twice in the middle of the night while everyone was home. Both times took a PS3, tons of games, movies, etc.

One of the 5 people in that house is former Army guy with PTSD issues... If I were to rob a house, that is the last place I would pick.

Definitely under $100 of things that ppl owe me money for tho. Thats the real catch for most ppl

I'm in the negative for items stolen.

Never had anything stolen from me, i get a ton of free things though, i'm a very lucky person.

I actually live in a fairly sketchy neighborhood (in the middle of maine, wat?), but we have lived on my road longer than almost everyone else and everyone knows us. My brother lives next to us as he rents from my parents. If you actually managed to break the deadbolt on his door you would be met by 2x VERY upset 80 lb pitbulls and if you somehow managed to incapacitate them (very unlikely) you would probably notice a little red bead on your chest from his ar-15. his girlfriend is pretty crazy too and i don't know how much i trust her handling of her 9 mm....so pretty much you're going to have a bad night.

If you managed to break the lock on my house door, there is nothing to steal inside the house besides what is in my room. If you managed to not get hit in the face with my baseball bat expect to hear a 12 gauge behind you.



Now on the other hand, one of my parents friends that lives about 5 miles away had roughly $100,000 in marijuana TREES stolen from him 6 months ago.

What?! Didn't he think of carrying a payable check or something? Carrying 50 grand cash on you s risky as hell. Many people wouldn't even wait for you to stop watching. Hell in most of the world you'd simply be stabbed or shot down without being asked the money first...

As for me, I've never been stolen anything. Nothing that I can remember at least.
