Yo hi!

Nice tips you are giving out there

I am thinking about buying cytogainer, as I think it is made exactly for skinny people like me.

I am exercising 4 times a week (split) and I try to focus more and more on the big lifts

I am taking fish oil / Multivitamin / Whey, and doing all that, I am gaining weight, but I would like to gain more!

So here is the question ->

Cytogainer has creatine in it, and really I am a beginner (I think I got good basics tough), I believe it is too early for me to take creatine (plus I am only 17). What is your opinion on that? Go with cytogainer? Go with an other gainer (if so please suggest me one biggrin.gif ) ? Don't go with any gainers at all?

Just get mass XXX from GNC, it's got about 200 more cals and no creatine in it.

well we had a pm talk earlier and i guess in a way ive been thinking about what u said.

so now i changed my goal to cutting.

like i want to get no bigger than i am now. but i want to be cut as fuck.

my height is: 5"9
weight:162


looking to workout everywhere cept the legs.

also if i did this i hear people actually lose some weight.
my goal isnt to lose a lot but lose a few

either way main goal is to cut so yea jsut wondering on hwo to do it.

not sure wht i shoudl psot on it but yea looking to cut everywhere, biceps, triceps, shoulder, chest, abs, back, etc

Did you get a degree in Kinetics? I am going into fitness degree. Just wondering what you got into, I don't really know the degrees yet.

Working out your legs will help the rest of your body as well.

Hey there!

Nope, cytogainer is perfect! it only has 2g of creatine per serving, but even still creatine is essential for a growing muscular body. I've been taking creatine since I was 14...and I know many people who have as well. There is no evidence that taking creatine under the age of 18 does anything bad - as a matter of fact its helpful =)

Hey there - the basic keys for cutting involve the following -

1. eating just enough calories to satisfy your basal metabolism
2. burning 500-600 calories at the gym every day from intense activity
3. doing at least 30-60 minutes of moderate intensity cardio 5-6 days a week
4. doing weight training at least 30-60 mins each day 5-6 days a week
5. eating a CLEAN diet of about 50-70 complex carbs in the first few meals each day (no carbs after that, all protein and good fats)
6. avoiding sugars at all costs!!
7. Taking a stimulant/fat burner (like bsn atrophex or german american jet-fuel, even lipo-6)
8. eat every 2-3 hours to keep metabo up
9. drink ice water only (stimulates metabo)
10. STAY ACTIVE!
