so now i changed my goal to cutting.
like i want to get no bigger than i am now. but i want to be cut as fuck.

also if i did this i hear people actually lose some weight.

Hey there - the basic keys for cutting involve the following -
1. eating just enough calories to satisfy your basal metabolism
2. burning 500-600 calories at the gym every day from intense activity
3. doing at least 30-60 minutes of moderate intensity cardio 5-6 days a week
4. doing weight training at least 30-60 mins each day 5-6 days a week
5. eating a CLEAN diet of about 50-70 complex carbs in the first few meals each day (no carbs after that, all protein and good fats)
6. avoiding sugars at all costs!!
7. Taking a stimulant/fat burner (like bsn atrophex or german american jet-fuel, even lipo-6)
8. eat every 2-3 hours to keep metabo up
9. drink ice water only (stimulates metabo)
10. STAY ACTIVE!
