hey there...a combination of things will work -
first of all, you're going to want to take in about your bodyweight x10 + 700 calories a day minimum (ex: 150lbs x 10 = 1,500 cal + 700 = 2,200 cal / day)
in addition you're going to want to eat at least 1.5-2g protein and 1.5g-2g complex carbs per pound of bodyweight.
furthermore, BUY CYTOGAINER!
