I did some research. Found that the blend itself is not very good, but even worse off is that it is loaded with artificial flavors/colors and also artificial sweeteners.

In general it's basically a mild stimulant with a vasodialator. The added junk is not worth it, however.

GAT Jet Fuel capsules are quite good.

If you want the cheapest method, just plain black coffee certainly does the trick.

whats the latest news on stevia? originally you recommended it, then within the past year you saw research with mixed results and put a hold on it.

I would use at your own risk right now. As far as we know, based NON BIASED clinical research from third parties, stevia in its pure form is absolutely safe.

However, products like truvia, purevia, and other name-brand stevia substances are synthesized chemically and have been shown to potentially have side-effects in some individuals.

If you are eating absolutely pure stevia in reasonable quantities, I don't see any cause for alarm.

If you're looking for improving your sprints:

Sprints Guide

As far as my absolute most recommended plyometric for sprint speed...I would stick to Box/Depth jumps and High Steps.

Here is a video of high steps:

The jumps are for explosive power which drives the sprint.

Absolutely horrible product. Splenda is just as harmful as aspartame. I would avoid it as much as possible, and if you absolutely have to have a non-sugar sweetener, stick to natural stevia only.

Sucralose (splenda) is a completely chemical product that is not truly "derived" from sugar as the advertisements suggest. Most non-biased research has found sucralose to cause numerous undesirable effects, including an increase in blood sugar, and a decrease in basal metabolism. The reasons for this are unknown right now, but only hypothesis exists. Perhaps the body detects sugar entering the digestive system, but realizes no actual energy has been derived. The sugar alcohols in turn create a laxative like effect, and can actually dehydrate you as well.

That's fine...any raw stevia product right now shouldn't have any issues.
