Welcome to my progress thread!

I will be updating this thread with numbers/pictures and videos until I'm finished with my competition on june 8th 2013

I'll be competing in IPF
Junior 73kg class (163lbs)

Current stats at 172-174 lbs (78.5-79kg) :

Squat: 350lbs/159kg
Bench: 280lbs/127.2kg not paused
Deadlift: 430lbs/195kg

Goals at 163lbs (74kg):

Squat: 375lbs/170kg
Bench: 275lbs/125kg
Deadlift: 451lbs/205kg

Program I'll be using:

Squat: Not sure yet...probably something with chains to help with my sticking point
Bench: Patrik Nyman's Prilepin Bench , 5/3/1 powerlifting version and maybe an other one with negatives
Deadlift: Coan/Phillipi 10 week Deadlift Routine, 5/3/1 powerlifting version

Current weight and bf%: (as of now)
172.4 lbs
bf: 11.5%

Very unwise to combine 2-3 programs.

Looking for something closer to sets of 1 or 2 once a week with chains because my sticking is pretty high. Once I break that i'll be able to do 375 for sure.

I'm not afraid of heavy weights...just high volume.

Hmm, interesting. All of my injuries couldn't deal with the weight but could handle the volume.

Best of luck bro

Gz on current squat

No hate but your current comp bench is probly 250 considering the standards.
On top of that you need to drop 10lbs (and ur pretty lean)

Glad to see some high goals, I know you'll be doing as much as u can.
Tracked

Edit
On phone so my apologies for lack of effort in posts

No I did 3x2 with 250 on paused bench monday and gained at least 5 lbs of fats in the last months out of 10 lbs.

I have put my goals fairly low so I won't be disapointed in 17 weeks

Pretty sure deads and squat will be achieved in 10 weeks

I just see goals are decent increase in current lifts while dropping 10lbs and entering single.digit bf.
Not saying u won't hit them by any means

Believe me I'll be doing 1100 at 163 lbs at this comp.
