If you want higher vertical you shouldn't do static stretches before the training,only after.
Before you should do dynamic 2 second stretches.
Search stretchexpert on youtube,the guy is like 50 years old and can do a tomahawk dunk
U stretch for flexibility not for a 2 second jolt down your leg lol

that guys is very intelligent and knows alot about vertical jump but i would have to disagree with his stretching method. nice sig though!
