My energy was a bit worse today, than when I did PR's to calculate my lifts last week.
Especially on squat, it was pretty bad, so I added a belt for the remaining squat sets which helped fix the bad form.
Exercise today was:
5 minute break:
A1 Squat - 5 sets - 2-3x264 (3,2,2,2,2)
A2 Bench press - 5 sets - 2-3x160 (3,3,2,2,2)
B1 Dead lift - 5 sets - 2-3x320 (3,3,3,3,3)
B2 Narrow bench press - 2 sets - 8x100
under 60 second break:
C1 chins - 2 sets - 5xbw
C2 SLDL - 2 sets - 8x132
C3 front squat - 2 sets - 7x132
I've not trained with nearly this much volume since I started out 2 months ago, so this is by far the harshest training day I've had in a while!
Also, seeing these videos, I notice some stuff I need to fix to get better form (other than what I obviously noticed while lifting, but it happened because weights were too heavy that day).
