My energy was a bit worse today, than when I did PR's to calculate my lifts last week.
Especially on squat, it was pretty bad, so I added a belt for the remaining squat sets which helped fix the bad form.

Exercise today was:

5 minute break:
A1 Squat - 5 sets - 2-3x264 (3,2,2,2,2)
A2 Bench press - 5 sets - 2-3x160 (3,3,2,2,2)
B1 Dead lift - 5 sets - 2-3x320 (3,3,3,3,3)
B2 Narrow bench press - 2 sets - 8x100
under 60 second break:
C1 chins - 2 sets - 5xbw
C2 SLDL - 2 sets - 8x132
C3 front squat - 2 sets - 7x132

I've not trained with nearly this much volume since I started out 2 months ago, so this is by far the harshest training day I've had in a while!

Also, seeing these videos, I notice some stuff I need to fix to get better form (other than what I obviously noticed while lifting, but it happened because weights were too heavy that day).

dayum u r from norway? i never see fly mamacitas like that at my gym..

were you "packing" your neck in when you were deadlifting? i've been trying this technique and my neck definitely find it more favorable. but sometimes i feel like i'm just looking down at the floor .

Looks good. All I could focus on was the fact that gyms with hardwood floors seem like a terrible idea.
