Keto diets + non strength routines for cutting?? Also, is HIIT better than LIT?

Yes. When cutting, your muscular strength will be lower, primarily from lower muscle glycogen and less energy than during bulking. In addition, the body recovers more slowly. As a result, heavier weight for lower reps should be avoided to prevent injury. Higher reps and failure sets with breakdowns and supersets are all a good idea for cutting, as these will assist with burning calories more readily than pure strength routines.

When you are cutting it is more stress on the body to perform very heavy weight at lower reps than lighter weight at higher reps. As a result, higher rep routines, tend to be more forgiving on cutting, and also tend to burn more calories.

a 5/3/1 plan on cutting would be ill advised.

You wont "lose" strength on a cutting cycle. Instead, you will have less strength DURING the cycle, but it will immediately rebound in the 2 weeks or so post-cutting.

Hey there -

Great question.

First of all, in order for your body to use something other than carbs as the primary source of energy, ketones need to be present. In order for ketones to be present, the body must have depleted all stored glycogen. At this point, the body enters ketosis, which converts fat into energy by using ketones.

The only way to achieve this is to virtually eliminate all carbs, except for NO MORE than 20g of fibrous carbs per day (green veggies), and continue aggressively exercising. After around 7-14 days, you will be in full ketosis.

From that point, you need to cycle approximately 7-10 days with NO carbs, followed up by ONE day of all carbs. This is referred to as the cyclical ketosis diet, or CKD, or anabolic cutting diet.

Raynor is a known rebel and will be brought before a confederate military tribunal to answer for his terrorist activities in various sectors.

This. A ton of his claims aren't old school at all, just bullshit.
