Preparing to do a heavy squatting session today at the gym with a bud in approx 1 hr.

What do I do to best prepare myself for the intense sets to come? (I.e stretches, warm up sets) etc...

Would be helpful if we knew what your working sets are going to be.

Okay so 700 pound squat

I would do

135 x 10
225 x 6
315 x 4
405 x 3
495 x 2
585 x 1
635 x 1
675 x 1
700 x 1

Foam rolling/. Band stretching , really them groins and hips fired up
