    Day 1 (Monday)- Chest
  • BB Bench Flat 5x5 60/70/85/85/90 % plan / Incline + Decline 3x8-12
  • DB Bench Flat + Incline 3x8-12
  • DB Flyes Incline + Flat 3x8-12

    Day 2 (Tuesday)- Back
  • Deadlift 5x5 60/70/85/85/90 % plan
  • Lat-pulldown 3x8-12
  • Seated Cable Row 3x8-12
  • Bent Over BB rows 3x8-12
  • Clean and Jerk 3x8-12

    Day 3 (Wednesday)- Arms
  • EZ Bar Curls 3x8-12
  • BB Curls 3x8-12
  • DB Curls 3x8-12
  • Weighted Dips 3x8-12
  • Tricep Extensions 3x8-12
  • Skullcrushers 3x8-12

    Day 4 (Thursday)- Legs
  • BB Squats 5x5 60/70/85/85/90 % plan

idk why you bother... srsly

merge tries shoulder and chest together and do military press on chest day

do back and bi's together

do abs every day

then make it 4 day split, so its 3 on 1 off and rotate... would work much better as a beginner o.O
