Lately I've stopped doing my regular ab routine, I've gone from basically doing the p90x routine to using some of the machines at the gym.

I've been experiencing pain under my right rib cage, anyone know if this could be associated with these new exercises.

The ne exercises are knee raises, a weighted pull down, then two machines dunno what theyre called but basicly weight crunches at different angles

/e i did workout abs two days in a row this week, maye that could be a factor

I dont really know anything about such things the only thing I could think of is possibly a cramp due to not enough water

does it feel like a cramp or something else? I highly doubt its from doing ab exercises unless you did something really weird and hurt yourself some how

try asking Raynor, he is much more knowledgeable on such subjects -
