70fcr, 50 if using staff for blizz, 105 can be for fb

skills depend on what you want to do, full blizz for pvp maybe es if you gmpk more, es needs gfg gear

i've had max tele blizz sorcs for pvm which do pretty good, but i prefer max dmg

60 fhr is a good amount to hit

stack res/life, tarn/ blizz staff etc in stash for pking
