well, it doesnt exist on europe, but i have this, that adds ~200 more AR in a normal 63fcr fpk setup than a 2barb 20fcr 30frw visio 2sox

2sox66mana means u can put 4x 20/36 instead of 4x 20/17s, and the result is your barb getting 200 more ar than with visio
. 19dex = 95 ar + 36x4 = 239 base ar from this helm compared to a visio which means ~200 more overall AR after mods. ~300 more with chant.
