notice:
- helmet has 1 tab skill + 3 shout (4 skills are perf at 18 helms/pelts) and 2 to conc (so you dont need to skill it, it saves 3 skill points) and 40 life (which is also perf) and lucky 2 soc roll (best conc helm on all realms)
- armor has perf 65%ed, and 2 soc with -req. (best armor on all realms)
- war axe has 20 ias, so he swings fast as hell
- the min dmg ring gives him 45 life
- the greaves gives 30 frw and 20 fhr (which cannot spawn anymore on lvl 18)

yep, and he's able to kill ALL kind of lvl 18 chars, unique build which can swing and throw. 2 setup vs all kind of enemies, also n1 in TVT, which we organize pretty often.
