He will spawn at the unique monster nearest you..
ex. if you go to stony fields when he walks the earth, thats where he will be.
If you're the only one in game, you can decide for your self where you want him to spawn.
Act 5 Wp 1 is easiest imo.

Incorrect, it aint specified where he will spawn. You can make him spawn in Den Of Evi (The Unique Zombie)l, Inner Closter (Bone Ash).. etc.. by those kind of mobs.
