which sorc is best for grushing and mfing?
price is also a factor. i need the best low budget

Make a hdin
you can get a random one for like 50-100fg with cheap gear

for sorcs you'll need decent equipments to run hell. so at least 100fg to be usable. go with lightning.

Best advice you're going to get right here.

if you need a low budget then you wont be using 200fcr sorc so a Hammerdin is a great cheap viable alterative
