There are three methods of tranfser

1. I give you the mule account and pw, you'll be responsible for the transfer seeing as I cannot control the outcome.
2. We meet in a channel and do the create/delete method, you'll be responsible for the transfer seeing as I cannot control the outcome.
3. You give me an account name with all the appropriate information and I'll transfer it, if the names lost during the process then you get a refund.
