if you bought it from a site online its probably been sold to 3 or more people i bought one like a year ago and could never use it because the companys spam bots also used the cdkey. if not then someone took your cdkey and all you can do is wait or cantact bnet with proof that YOU own that cdkey and they should be able to ban the other user =D
