GG storm circ ft PERM ive had for 7 months shifted through accounts. 1 previous owner which will vouch. I purchased cheap because he was quiting diablo 2 now that i have tested for so long i know its perm and i am also looking into finding a trusty tester. C/O on other thread was 1.3k

#1: At the time, I had no history for it
#2: I was willing to sell it for super low because I was quitting.
