NOOo they spawn now but the problem is they CANNOT SPAWN with i think it is 125+ ar anymore

again, you're wrong..

Check around the trading forums and you'll find plenty of rings with 125+ ar.. Why, even I have a fcr ring with 138 ar and I'm sure it isn't 08 coz I found it in a Baal run a few months back ^^

i only ask.. what makes it an 08 ring??? coz all those mods can spawn even now..
