This is a VERY rare circlet, and will not be sold for cheap. This circlet is like GOLD to a vita SvS fire sorc.

Reported, you obviously don't know what the fuck you're talking about. Most people 2x JAH or JAH/VEX this helm, which gives them a significant amount more life than Shako. How does it give more life? Waterwalks can be used to gain the additional 5% to maximum fire resistance and 65 life is also gained.
