Not saying that he is.. but things you mentioned are classic signs of unperm swap.

i own 4 unperm 3/20/20's on old barb and i bought x37 from AyeSkay that are perm dunno if legit but they are perm cuz i have clashed them myself and am willing to perform this again.
you can msg him and ask if youd like i also have history. I am a grown 24 year old man and dont got the time to plot shit out like that...its hard enough to sell these at all.

i will even provide the unperm 3/20/20 to clash test the others!
