how can u tell if ur 123 is a legit perm or duped/unperm

if it hasnt pooped
theyre majoly 123 duped so how can i be sure
a kid said ilvl check but that doesnt do anything..

ilvl check could help

just need someone with a MH or checker than can screenshot it via trade screen

probability is its unperm though

123 can't be legit to my knowledge.
the only way to really tell if its "perm" would be clashing it, but even then, thats not guaranteed to be perm..could still poof @ anytime.
guess theres really no way to tell lol, just buy from someone you trust.
