And by smiter do you mean vt/sva/ or pure svs?

That ammy is essentially and sk but instead of frw it has res, if your a pure svs you don't need res.

If your sva 16 res won't help much, the frw would still probably help you more.

If you vT its kind of however your build is set up, theres no real #1 ammy for all vT's because the builds are so diverse.

It's a nice ammy but I wouldn't say #1.

But on the other hand that 17 dex = 17 vit = boable (unlike sk) so It's kind of a matter of opinion, I'd definatley say top 5.
