IMO These are actually pretty effective for ES prebuff builds.

I actually used 2 45/59s on my ES/MB sorc.

Sweet, I didn't think about how es sorcs could use them. Yep would be pretty sexy if you can spare the damage from a few skillers. Especially for blizz. The cold already hits hard as hell.
